Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator

Be the voice of MetroCity Rentals! You’ll handle calls, coordinate deliveries, manage bookings, and keep our team on schedule.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers to schedule deliveries and pickups
  • Support the operations team with route coordination
  • Provide exceptional service and problem-solving

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Basic knowledge of hauling or construction scheduling is a plus
  • Comfortable using computer-based scheduling tools

Fleet Maintenance Technician

Assist with maintenance and repair of company trucks, trailers, and dumpsters.
This role supports our operations team by ensuring all equipment is safe, reliable, and ready for daily use.

Requirements:

  • Valid CDL-A license (for equipment testing and transport)
  • Strong mechanical background; diesel or hydraulic system experience preferred
  • Ability to diagnose and repair equipment efficiently
  • Commitment to safety and quality work

Delivery Driver / Equipment Operator

Operate MetroCity Rentals trucks, trailers, and hauling equipment for customer deliveries and pickups.
A valid CDL-A license is required. Candidates must demonstrate safe driving habits, attention to detail, and a strong focus on customer satisfaction. Local routes only—home daily.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver and pick up dumpsters and trailers safely and efficiently
  • Operate hydraulic and mechanical systems
  • Communicate clearly with dispatch and customers
  • Maintain cleanliness and safety of assigned vehicles

Preferred Experience:
Previous experience with hauling, towing, or heavy equipment operation.
