Welcome to MetroCity Rentals. By booking a rental, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please review them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. General Terms

• MetroCity Rentals provides trailer, dumpster, and compaction services for residential and commercial customers.
• All renters must be at least 18 years old and provide valid identification.
• Rental timeframes begin at the time of delivery and end upon confirmed pickup.

2. Payment & Billing

• Payment is due at booking unless otherwise stated.
• Additional fees apply for extended rental periods, extra mileage, overfilled dumpsters, or damage to equipment.
• Unpaid balances may result in suspension of future rentals or collection actions.

3. Customer Responsibilities

• Customers must ensure safe access for delivery, placement, and pickup.
• The renter is responsible for the contents placed in rented dumpsters or trailers and any local ordinance compliance.
• No hazardous or prohibited materials may be loaded (see “What We Can’t Move” section on product pages).

4. Liability

• MetroCity Rentals is not responsible for damage to surfaces (pavement, grass, driveways, etc.) due to normal delivery or pickup operations.
• Customers assume liability for any injury or damage caused by misuse of rental equipment.

5. Cancellations & Modifications

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before scheduled delivery to avoid a cancellation fee.
• Date changes may be accommodated based on availability.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia.
