Refund & Cancellation Policy – MetroCity Rentals

Your satisfaction matters to us. This policy explains how we handle refunds, cancellations, and credits.
1. Cancellations
- Cancellations made 24 hours or more before delivery receive a full refund.
 - Cancellations made less than 24 hours before delivery are subject to a $50 service fee.
 - If our team has already dispatched for delivery, no refund can be issued.
 
2. Rescheduling
- You may reschedule your rental once at no cost with at least 12 hours’ notice, based on availability.
 - Short-notice reschedules may result in a fee to cover transport and scheduling costs.
 
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are available only in the following cases:
- MetroCity Rentals cancels due to weather, mechanical, or logistical reasons.
 - Duplicate charges or billing errors verified by our team.
 - Early pickup requests will not result in partial refunds for unused time.
 
4. Non-Refundable Fees
- Mileage beyond 20 miles, overage charges, and additional day fees are non-refundable.
 - Refunds are not available for misuse, overloading, or disposal of prohibited materials.
 
5. Refund Method
All approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
