Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator
Overview
MetroCity Rentals is seeking a motivated Customer Service & Scheduling Coordinator to manage daily bookings, delivery schedules, and customer communications.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and delivering excellent service.
Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls, emails, and online rental inquiries
- Schedule deliveries, pickups, and compaction service appointments
- Communicate daily with drivers, technicians, and clients
- Maintain accurate records and follow-up on customer requests
- Support billing, logistics, and dispatch as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Prior experience in scheduling, dispatch, or customer service
- Basic computer and scheduling software knowledge
- Ability to pass background check (criminal and drug screening)
Compensation
Pay Range: $16–$20 per hour, based on experience.
Full-time position, Monday–Friday schedule, with occasional weekends as needed.
